Thomas Jenkins, Esq. and AllynMarie Smedley, Esq. are honored to be among South Jersey Magazine’s 2015 Best Family Law Attorneys. While both attorneys have experience and expertise in all areas of Family Law, Mr. Jenkins was recognized by peers and reader nominations for his work in the area of Collaborative Law and Ms. Smedley for her work in the area of Child Custody.
Trace Jenkins is proud to announce that Ms. Smedley has been named a Rising Star by Super Lawyer Magazine for the fourth year in a row. Selection to Rising Star status is a four step process: Once a year, lawyers in each state are invited to nominate the top attorneys they’ve personally observed in action. To be eligible for inclusion in Rising Stars, a candidate must be either 40 years old or younger or in practice for 10 years or less. No more than 2.5 percent are named to Rising Stars. Each lawyer in the candidate pool is evaluated based on 12 indicators of peer recognition and professional achievement. The third step of the selection process is peer evaluation by practice area, also known as the “blue ribbon review.” The fourth and final step is the selection process. Candidates are grouped into four firm-size categories. Those with the highest point totals from each category are selected.*
